MOQ varies by species. For most livebearers and common tropical fish, the minimum is 100–200 fish per species per shipment. Mixed orders are welcome — contact us for a tailored quote based on your requirements.
We offer a live arrival guarantee. If you receive any DOA fish, send us clear unboxing photos and a count within 2 hours of delivery. We'll issue a credit or replacement on your next order, no questions asked.
Every consignment includes a Sri Lanka government-issued health certificate, a packing list, commercial invoice, airway bill, and CITES permit where required. All documentation is sent digitally in advance of the shipment.
We have weekly airfreight departures from Colombo (CMB). Transit time is typically 24–48 hours to Europe, Middle East, and Asia, and 36–60 hours to North America, depending on the connection.
